Nerds out on: Health and performance optimization for athletes at all seasons of life.
Best part of my job: Watching my patients implement their personalized plans and achieve their health goals is what keeps me going. I'm proud to have built a team of top-notch providers who bring our patients the best evidence-backed, holistic care.
Current Obsession: I'm all about living for the long haul, focusing on health span, not just quick fixes. Back in the day, I was all about instant gratification, but my own health journey led me to Functional Medicine. Now, I'm obsessed with playing the long health game.
With a background in family, emergency, functional, and anti-aging medicine, Lyndsy's journey into Functional Medicine started with her own health struggles—fatigue, weight gain, restless nights, and a dip in mental health. After finding little help in the traditional medical system, she turned to alternative medicine and finally began to understand her body and heal.
This experience lit a fire in her to offer her patients the kind of care she discovered—holistic, integrative, and truly personalized. She dove into the American Academy of Anti-Aging Fellowship Program (A4M) and became a board-certified Anti-Aging Health Practitioner. She specializes in gut health because she believes it's the root of all disease. Lyndsy also helps patients with hormone balancing, autoimmunity, sustainable weight loss, aesthetics, and more.
When she's not helping patients take control of their health, you'll find Lyndsy out in nature—mountain biking, rock climbing, working out in her garage, hiking with her Golden Doodle, Olive, or off on an adventure somewhere new.

Hi, I'm Lyndsy, founder of FOUNDATION. I know what it feels like to be let down by conventional medicine and lost in a maze of symptoms without answers.
As a driven athlete and Emergency Department RN, I was shocked when I started experiencing fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and new gut issues despite my rigorous CrossFit routine. I was doing everything "right," but my body felt like it was falling apart. I was frustrated, disheartened and knew something had to change.
When my colleagues' solutions—more exercise, less food, and a prescription for thyroid meds and antidepressants—didn't cut it, I realized I needed to dig deeper. That led me to explore Functional Medicine, which sparked my journey back to true health. I found the root causes of my health struggles and began to heal in a way that felt empowering and right.
Now, I use that experience every day to help my patients avoid the pitfalls I encountered, blending the best of Western Medicine with the wisdom of Functional and Anti-Aging care. At Foundation, we're all about getting to the bottom of every health issue and creating a truly personalized path to your optimal health.
We pay attention to the details and never cut corners.
We never make promises we can’t keep.
We are all in, all the time.
We have and show respect for each patient we see.
I spent years going to “conventional” doctors only to be dismissed, over prescribed, rushed through and basically ignored. I feel so fortunate to have found Lyndsy and her practice because she spends time really getting to know her patients, listening to their needs and then creates actual change.
