Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model that allows you to pay a flat monthly fee for access to comprehensive primary care services. This model eliminates the complexities of insurance, enabling a more direct relationship between you and your healthcare provider.

$100 one-time enrollment fee per person
Individual plans
- Children 0-19 years $30/month (with parent membership)
- Children 0-19 years $60/month (without parent membership)
- Adults 20-50 years $90/month
- Adults 51+ years $100/month
- $100 enrollment per family (2 or more individuals)
- 1 parent with 2 children-$150
- 1 parent with >2 children-$150 + $10 additional child
- 2 parents=$75/parent
- Max $250/family

No more time wasted waiting months to see a provider or sitting hours in an urgent care waiting rooms.
Because DPC is not a health insurance plan, we encourage patients to carry some form of health insurance in the case of a major health problem. However, since many routine services are covered by your membership, you could consider switching to a "high-deductible" health plan that costs less per month. There are also health-cost sharing companies, which we LOVE!
Do I still need insurance as a DPC patient?
Absolutely! In traditional healthcare, everything is based on treating an already existing problem. By having frequent access to your PCP, you are ahead of the game and promoting lifelong health and longevity!
Should I join a direct primary care practice if I'm healthy?
DPC providers can negotiate lower rates for diagnostic tests, medications, and referrals because they don't have to deal with insurance payments.
